Whenever I hit my desk my computer beeps

Sometimes when I hit my desk or I drop my headphones on my desk or something my computer makes this little beep. Its from my computer itself because I dont have speakers or anything and its not coming from my headphones. I used to think I was just crazy but I have scientific proof of this beep now. Anyone know what this beep could mean?

I remember with my old Acer PC's, the built in speaker would sound because N-Key rollover wasn't a thing back then. It could beep for a variety of reasons though. Maybe something is loose.
