Hi guys i want to buy new iphone 8 plus 

(now i have 6s) my question is : 

iphone 7 plus have the same camera with iphone 8 plus ?

or i buy iphone 7 plus ??

i phone 8 has a more upgraded camera and better image processing, if you need an excellent camera buy a used DSLR.

it will depend but for normal use no( we don't have actual comparison footage, so wait for reviews), unless you want to take advantage of all the new features such as 4k60fps recording or new portrait mode.
