what psu is required ? how much volts?

Okay volts runs from you house into the CPU and the PSU needs to be something with the correct pins and watts for your GPU.  A decent 450-500 watt PSU should be able to run no problem as long as you have an intel CPU. (some 1050 models require a pin connector from PSU some get it from the mobo)

It might POST, it might not hard to say with a PSU like that, your best bet would be to go for it and if you don't you just hold onto the 750 till you can get a better PSU.

In theory yes that's about the cost of everything except for maybe that RAM, that may be hard to fine should be able to get a 1050 (instead of Ti for like $110 though and have enough for better RAM)

I got about $342 after system no including shipping, could probably find cheap RAM and 1050 on Ebay though (just be careful about the 1050)
