For $128 your not going to be able to build anything much better, and all you'll be able to do is office work, and web browse with it. Not much else will work.

my current setup is amd athlon 64 x2 4800+ 2.5 ghz , gt 220 4 gb ram

You will be getting a much better processor, you'll just be heavily limited by the amount of RAM, 1GB of VRAM, and small HDD. Some light gaming like WoT and WoW, LoL might work if you keep graphics down.

yeah that's what you need for 17 let alone 18, looks like its probably going to have similar requirements. Also forgot to mention 17 needs at least 8GB of RAM in the system
