Best <21 inch 1080p monitor?

Hello. I'm building a pc, but with how my desk is, my monitor will be very close to me. I'm looking for a monitor that's perferably less than 21 inches but larger than 16. I'm having a hard time trying to find a good one that's 1080p. Could anyone help find a good monitor for me?

This is the only decent one I could find in that range, but if you're willing to go a few fractions of an inch above 21 you can get much better monitors.

Try to pick one that is 2 MS, 1080p, then they mostly are all the same for a budget monitor. I would just pick the "best" 2 ms monitor I can find within this price range
