crossfire problems

hi guys i have two old 7970s

i use this 2 7970s in crossfire but when i run example (gta 5) the screen freeze and gpu stop coil whine

after 2 second the game resume and gpus start coil

on crimson i set amd crossfire ON; they work perfectly but freeze and resume

i use last driver

what setting? 

are you running GTA on SSD or HDD?

all set HIGH

no MSA and sync

anisotropic x16

high detail in flight

 gta run hdd

put GTA 5 on the SSD

check to see if all other drivers are up to date and GTA 5 is running the latest patch.

Wont help mutch just in loading times

 

@wlaro run the game in wind mode and have samiting like MSI afterbunner next to it and see wats happing.

yes, GTA 5 is a very large game, HDD bottlenecks it, its a known issue.

mmm. So worid i run GTA4 and 5 on a HDD all day long no problem and loading times ar some what oke (about a 1 min or wen run in windmode about 1.30 min). Stil dont think it can be problemen but he maby

GTA 5 asset streaming has been linked to HDD bottleneck, it was a suggestion.

Still do i mean wats the drivers right a 1TB HDD at 7200RPM vs 1TB at 7200RPM aside form cache. PS i don't doubt  just think its wared
