Gaming pc upgrade

So I have a system that I have upgraded from time to time and I feel like soon would be time for another upgrade, I'm just not sure what to upgrade. I have noticed CPU usage being really high when I stream so I was thinking maybe that needs an upgrade.

Could not find my cooler from the list but it is: ARCTIC Freezer 7 Pro Rev 2 

 

I use my system for gaming mostly, but also for occasionally streaming and some 3D work.

 

I live in the EU more specifically in Finland, so prices in € if possible. I did not put down a budget I'd much rather see the suggestions on what to upgrade and how much I need to spend for those. I guess a cap would be around 700€.

High CPU usage can also mean high optimization, and anytime your streaming and gaming thats going to be high in general. However a Ryzen 5 build could be a good option.

either upgrade your CPU to a i7 4790k or get a R5 1600 system
