So i just recieved my PG348Q and once its plugged in and running, what do i have to do with it? Anything i need to do colorwise? Like calibration?

I dont think monitors have drivers do they?

And how can i test for dead pixels or backlight bleeding?

Im pretty sure there is non because Mindfactory has like a 1% rma quote for it, so i doubt it has that that much that its a pain in the eye
