Question regarding an overclock

So i managed to oc my ryzen 1600 to 3.80MHz at 1.36875 voltz with the ryzen stock cooler and my pc runs. However, my pc wont boot right away when i try to restart it. It needs to relax for a few min befote it'll boot back to windows. I did a aida stress test and it ran for 16 min with no crash. Should i lower thr voltage? Should i buy a better cooler?

If it crashed then you should increase voltage, not lower it.

 

Whether you need a better cooler depends on temps you get.

 

 Imo It's fine since you dont restart your machine all the time

your temp at min max avg?
