Hello, my Current System https://pcpartpicker.com/list/9M4YsJ

1. Budget & Location

My Budget is around 500€ and i live in Germany.

2. Aim

Im using my PC mainly for Gaming but i want to Stream in the future. I play Games like ARK, 7 Days to Die, Rocket League, GTA V, Minecraft,  Rainbow Six Siege and lots of others.

3. Monitors

Im using only 1 monitor with at 1920x1080 60 FPS.

4. Peripherals

I only need the CPU, Mainboard and RAM.

5. Why are you upgrading?

Im upgrading because with my Current System i cant really play big Games like GTA V or ARK maybe when im lucky i stay above 40 fps in GTA V and ARK is completly unplayable with 20 fps. Because of the reason i want to Stream in the near future a 6-8 core CPU is better for me i think. I know the i7 7700k etc. are better for Gaming but they arent recommended for video editing or Streaming and im not sure what CPU to choose. I think about the Ryzen 7 1700 or the i7 6850k or maybe something else if someone can recommend me something better because im not sure if the Ryzen will bottleneck my 1060 6gb.

Thank you for helping me and sorry if i mispelled something! :)

a SSD will cut boot times and game load time to a fraction of what you get from a HDD. I would spend all my money on the CPU/Motherboard/RAM. You can upgrade to a SSD any time.

Edit

Don't misunderstand me, GET A SSD! Just wait so you have more to spend on what is really important.

Forget about future-proofing because it's a meaningless concept. All you have to know is that this build will provide significantly higher performance, to the point where 60FPS is achievable.
