I believe they are currently on 1280 x 720 per eye which will be a total of 1.84 million pixels. 1920 x 1080 is 2 million pixels.

However when they move up to 1920 x 1080 per eye, then you'll have 4 million pixels and that will be very demanding.

If you can run the game at 1200x800, just over 720p, with the setting you want with VSync enabled for a constant 60FPS you will be fine for the dev kit.
