1.I don't know much about CPU. Is this peak speed below Clock Speed normal?

2.Does the temperature show true in this software? Can I believe it?

Yeah, its idling.

Cool and Quiet keeps it Cool and clocks down

Don't buy Apple M1 computers with 8GB of RAM
