The purpose of this thread is for me to post builds in the $2000 and below budget for the express purpose of improving my ability to part out these sorts of builds for when I eventually do sink money into one.

 

The use case is of 3D graphic design for General Game Design (with obviously gaming on the side;)).

Crucial - Ballistix Sport LT 64GB (4 x 16GB) DDR4-2400 Memory

Horrible horrible choice.

Ryzen runs off ram speed, you pretty much just got a drag car and filled the trunk full of lead. x)

 

Lower cas and higher speeds is what you want with ryzen.
