Cortana and Start Menu is Broken

Start Menu is greyed out every time i boot up my pc and cortana is completely broken. 

 

Any fix?

It all happened after an update a few weeks ago.

go to task manager with CTRL + SHIFT + ESC, switch to advanced view.. Under processes,  is Cortana running?

No it doesnt seem cortana is running anywhere
