i was looking for a budget pc. and i want to build it my self.

but its my first pc build so can i get some help with specs, maybe better hardware for the same price.

You cant put a i5 3470 in a b250m motherboard...

 

Look into a b350 mobo and a ryzen 5 1400.

can't put an lga 1155 cpu in an lga 1151 motherboard, it doesn't work that way. go with a ryzen 1600 or intel i7 6700/7700k instead. don't need an 850w psu or the 240mm AIO, get a 550w unit and spend the money somewhere else.
