Windows 10 soft shuts-down when using borderline stable undervolted CPU

So as the title says - is it some kind of a new "feature" of a Win 10?

When I undervolt my FX 8320 to either 3.5GHz locked (with all C-states 6 and 1E enabled, and 1 core per module enabled) on 1.3 or 1.275v (which is stable in 100% load synthetics in both my previous Win7 and current Win10, but sometimes bugs in games once every few weeks ; stock is 1.375v) I get "purple screen" and soft shutdown of the entire system. In log it is labled as "Hardware error".

And for when it comes - one time it was when playing Dirt 3, once when writing something in Word and once on fullscreening YT video.

"Borderline stable" isn't stable. Passing synthetics and failing random workloads isn't stable.

Well. Statistically the probability accounts for 0.

You never bench an overclock or underclock with only synthetics.

I know - that's why I said it fails like once 2-3 weeks... which makes it hella stable, considering that I "bench it" sometimes more than 8h a day with random workloads - even with gaming&streaming at the same time.

It is REALLY random.

even if it runs for a month or two, if the issue reoccurs every time, it isn't really stable

If you would allow me to buy electronics at its MSRP's as in USA then I'd be tempted to do it RIGHT now.

@Changis I know. It's just that I'm willing to trade a crash every once in a while for inaudible idle noise, low temps and generally better FX usage.

450 pln here, so 126 USD. It's the same exact price as for my FX used... and I wouldn't call it an upgrade.

Increase your voltage a bit.

Writing this from 1.325v, couldn't redo the issue now for days, when the previous undervolt would crash everyday on 10.

 

It's just that it's stange jump from 1.325 to 1.275v - this 50mv less gives me litteraly 32oC core temp and idle with minimum Wraith cooler fan speed.
And Freq matching doesn't really do a thing - already played with it using exponential function as an outline of possible clocks. With data from various OC threads for this chip.
