The monitor does not use power from the psu

The monitor has its own "PSU" in a way

All 'regular' monitors have their own PSU (power brick) which can be found some ways along the cable that goes from the main outlet to the monitors power port.

If I recall correctly, long time ago power supplies did have 2 connections, one of which was used to supply power to the monitor. However these are not available for long time already and monitors have their own power supplies (external brick or built in to the monitor) and own power cable.

I have a 320w PSU and a 300w GPU is this alright? To turn on the pc.
