Which one should i connect into the SSD?

First time building a pc, and i don't know which one goes where.

Doesn't matter, they'll all provide the right amount of power to the SSD. Just use whichever will result in the cleanest cable runs (or not if you don't care how it looks).

They're all SATA Power so any would work. Generally the one closest to first one closest to the power supply would be cleaner but doesn't always work for cable management.

Can i use one of the other on an HDD?

Yes. Use as many as you want. They're all the same.

Crap. I have to remove the PSU again then, because i've connected two of the SATA cables.

Having two connected is fine. It'll still work 100%
