  1. I mainly want one that has good cooling because I live in a hot environment, I was thinking on the Gigabyte Aorus Pro or the Asus TUF Gaming, or is there any other cheaper alternatives? I'll be using a 5600x.
  2. Check NewMax spreadsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1B27_j9NDPU3cNlj2HKcrfpJKHkOf-Oi1DbuuQva2gT4/edit#gid=0
  3. I'm using a LG 27GL83A monitor and I saw this video explaining how to set up everything It basically says to turn Vsync and Gsync on in the nvidia control panel and in the game turn Vsync off and cap the fps to 144 or less. I don't know if this is still relatable since the video is a year old.
  4. Just unplug it if you won't use your pc for days.
  5. I don't know too much about those settings, so that only works when i'm using 3d applications or it's also active when my pc is on idle? would that still work if i open chrome or photoshop or any other program that use hardware acceleration? Also do i really need that option when i'm playing old games?
  6. I only played it when i was a kid and never finished the story and now that Epic gave GTA V for free i've been playing the other games. I know that there's SilentPatch but do i need anything else? I don't care about hi-res mods or anything like that.
  7. Uh i'm not using any driver for the monitor, would the 27GL850 driver from that link work with the 27GL83A?
  8. I just got this monitor back in January and used to turn it off every time i went to do something else, i normally turned it off just for a few minutes and then came back to use my pc, i also turn off my pc when i go to sleep so i did the same with the monitor even though i knew that it turns off automatically after a few seconds. So then i started noticing that the monitor didn't recognize when i pressed the joystick the first time, maybe it was because i was pressing it too fast, it probably was nothing but i thought that it was because i was pressing it too often so i stopped tu
  9. The first time that i heard this was with The Terror season 1 and most of the time the audio was awful, it seemed that it was coming from a tube, then i watched the season 2 and i kept hearing it in the same way. I re watched batman vs superman for a second time and it's the first time that I've heard the weird noise, the last time that I've watched the movie i didn't heard that way, that i remember, this time I've only heard it in a few parts of the movie, like when batman was preparing the trap in the building and there were some thunder and it sounded in the same way and also wh
  10. I've seen the same fps counter a few times but i don't know what program can show it like that.
  11. Yeah but i think that it'll look cooler (no pun intended lol) with a hood scoop, idk i'll have to think about it, maybe i'll do it on cad or something first.
  12. Oh thanks! Didn't thought about that, i think it'll look better that way.
  13. RX 5500 or 1660 but i don't know which one is better.
  14. I'm planning on getting a new high end air cooler but i don't know if i have enough clearance on my case so i was thinking on maybe heating the acrylic and then push it a bit so it could make room for the cooler. Or would it just be better to just get a custom glass panel?
