Depends entirely on your motherboard (auto settings vary), though many set it quite a bit higher than necessary

Yes but i wanna check what are my normal v core voltage to see if everything working as normal because i was dealing with high temps lately so i wanted to check the number of a normal voltage to see if its the same on mine

Try setting it in at 1.25 you could go lower but you'd need to test for stability since the min isn't too far off that

Oh and keep in mind unless you use an offset it will always stay at that voltage even while idle

That is fairly normal as I said they often run higher on auto settings, it can easily go below 1.36 without power issues I've seen slight overclocks with less than 1.3V so at stock it can go in the mid to high 1.2x range (so 1.25-1.29) but as I said you'll need to test it if you drop it really low or in general really.
