Cant re install windows store after update

After installing the most recent windows update, most of my windows apps stopped working entirely and i had to re install them through powershell as the store was not available as well. After re installing all the default apps through powershell, one still stood to be completely broken, windows store. 

 

On attempt of opening windows store from the start menu, it is greyed out and upon clicking i am prompted with a box telling me 'youll need a new app to open this ms-windows-store' with no options and i cant click ok. 

 

I have tried to re install windows store individually through powershell which has not worked, the image attached is the results.

 

I have had this issue for days and have tried all findable solutions

Is there a specific reason why you're wanting to install it directly through Powershell, or are you trying to use this on a Server version of Windows?  Either way, you may have to re-install the entire OS as it looks like your path is either missing or not set in the correct location.  The latter happens frequently in Server builds, as it is not a required app.
