Windows 10 Update KB4034658 not installing... please help

Hello, my PC has had this problem all summer where I cannot install this update no matter how many times I try to restart it. I don't want to have to do a fresh install because I have files I want to keep so any suggestions? Running the windows update trouble shooter returns with this image that I have attached. It also gave me an option of deleting and reinstalling all updates and I have tried that but it seems to take forever. PC specs are as follows:

You may just to have backup your files and re-install Windows.

Judge a product on its own merits AND the company that made it.
