second 850 evo showing in bios/device manager but not in document folder.

i just bought a new second ssd for my computer, i plugged it in and it shows in bios and device manager but i cant get it to show in the document folder to put stuff on it and use it, help?

yes i am on this page at the moment, how do i do it and does it matter what sata port i plugged it in on my motherboard asus z170-a performance wise and all that?

Yes NTFS is the right format just press next

also, is there a way to just transfer my steam folder to the new ssd while deleting in on the former or can i just copy and delte afterwards?
