Hello guys,

I am extremely angry.. my aio broke 6 weeeks ago, it took me a week to post it so thats 5 weeks ago (H100i V2). It got to the NY USPS facility on the 26 july and it stayed there until it got shipped back on the 12 august. I just got it home right now. I live in mauritius and I cannot contact either USPS by mail or by phone since i dont have roaming or whatever I need to make international calls. My local post forwarded it to NY and after that nothing happened and corsair didnt see the shadow of my parcel. I can't contact them by mail and they seem to have stopped answering to my rma tickets updates. What can I do guys..

But not me! they never even saw the box.. it was stuck in NY and it never moved! My post office said that they contacted usps and they replied corsair has to come pick the thing up from them and they won't ship it to them in CA. I don't know who's at fault I dont know if corsair is even supposed to pck it up from the post. Whoever is at fault, someone thought it would be a good idea to leave my thing there for 3 weeks and then sending it back to me after I paid 50 USD shipping to get it there in the first place -__-

It says on their website that they are experiencing some technical diffculties, but it's taking way to long to get a reply from them.

Maybe @Corsair Blake @Corsair can help?
