Lost mouse and keyboard function while in windows

I have the Corsair k70 rapid fire keyboard and Logitech g502 mouse. I have moved them around to different usb ports with no success .Everything turns on and works fine in bios but after getting to Windows it doesn't. Also noticed when plugging an iPhone charger with my phone connected to all USB ports of my computer the iPhone doesn't charge but when I'm in bios mode it does charge. Any help is much appreciated
