PC gets stuck at windows startup

So i just booted up my old PC that's been collecting dust in my closet but when I first turned it on it got stuck just after the hp logo comes up then after rebooting it, it just didn't even post then after a few more reboots it finally booted into windows and I don't know why its doing that, as I just ran aida64 and heaven for about an hour each and its stable and I haven't touched any of the core ratios or voltage, also if it helps the PC is a hp envy h8 with an AMD FX 6200 and a GTX 660.
