I changed search Engine on YouTube to this month for gaming and more then 7 were i7

None of the video had x299 they had i7 7th gen not x299

If your going the Intel Path wait for CoffeeLake. AMD are pretty good in my books. My last pre built AMD rig i bought nearly 6 years ago still going great

the normal version except with a 100mhz boost and use much more expensive motherboards (starting at $400)
