Solidworks GPU requirements

I'm advising someone who works with solidworks professionally on a laptop purchase - does anyone know if a dell XPS 15 with a GTX 1050 will be enough? I'm not familiar with solidworks, and a quick google doesn't show GPU usage numbers.

SolidWorks only officially supports workstation class GPU's and people report very poor OpenGL performance on GTX cards within solidworks, so it really helps to have workstation class cards, and a lot of the SolidWorks functionality is lost when using a non-workstation card. quadros are better for solidworks
