Water cooling gone wrong?

HI :)

 

so i bought and installed my EKWB A240G in my pc(i7 4790k @4.25GHz and GTX 1080ti OC'd) but it keeps having this plasticy smell from what i presume is the PVC tubing. so im wondering about how to get rid of it(been about 3 weeks since i installed it) and my spouse are saying that her nose is itchy, she beings to cough and her mouth becomes dry

You also might want to check if you SO is allergic to anything in the coolant (Assuming you used it).

well get replacement tubeing. im using Mayhems Ultraclear. has a slight blue tint but im also running blueish coolant atm. easy to work with and cheap. 

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Get a clear tubing then, I was pointing out that there are non pvc tubing options available.

Want to custom loop?  Ask me more if you are curious

No, this PSU isn't that bad, but it isn't good either. But it is strange to see a high end water cooled system powered by it.

yea xD, ik(ive used it in my pc since like 2012/2013 back when i ran like an i5 4440 and gtx 760)

The fluid still gets out, its not sealed. You sure it isnt because youre only using a 240 on the rig and stuff is getting too hot. Like the water, paint on the rad and the tuning itself getting warm which all can let off a smell.
