I'm from the Philippines and I want to ask if somebody of you knows where I can buy PC cases design for wall mount?

Idk where you can find them, but look for the Thermaltake Core P3/P5 :D

The case in the picture is Lian Li PC-07s (I think), or some other case from them, as they have several wall mountable case in the O series for different motherboard sizes.

Warning, they are very expensive.

the thermaltake p3/p5 are the best for wallmounted IMO... not too expensive either..

I hope you don't have drywall in your house... Secure it to the trusses behind the wall or connect a plate to your desk. Otherwise it'll just fall off.
