The case in the picture is Lian Li PC-07s (I think), or some other case from them, as they have several wall mountable case in the O series for different motherboard sizes.

Warning, they are very expensive.

the thermaltake p3/p5 are the best for wallmounted IMO... not too expensive either..

I dont know if anyone looks at this thread but this is my 'improvised wall mounted pc'.  Its got a bracket screwed into the wall

I hope you don't have drywall in your house... Secure it to the trusses behind the wall or connect a plate to your desk. Otherwise it'll just fall off.
