Well I'm not an expert on low end cards, but I can take a crack at it for you.

If you let me know how much wiggle room you've got and what you'll be using the PC for I can help.

Right off the batt I know you can get the same ram half of that price.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231428

Psu I'd probably put a little more into, just grab a basic bronze effieceny. They'll help you save a lot of money on ur electricity bill. If you can squeeze for gold that'd be the sweet spot.

As for storage, an extra 30$ can get you up to 3TB. Seagate 7200 newegg

(keep in mind Im using USD, I have no idea what the currency transfer is, im sure someone here will correct me, im just doing what i can for you.)

As for cpu motherboard and gpu, I'm horrible with low end for those, but honestly at this price range.. I think Some people might say go APU? Not quite sure.

You could probably find a 7890 for  like 50$ more.

Basically by moving that 50$ from the memory to your gpu while still getting the same quality memory, youll get a much better grahpical preformance.

As for your case, I think this comes down to personal preferences, and theres tons of sales, so just go with what you like, you're not overclocking or doing anything crazy so a basic case with decent airflow should work.

I'd look into getting an aftermarket cooler by the way.

Ignore me.

No I cannot that would be rude. :) I'd honestly save up a little more for a better cpu and gpu combo. Or just grab an apu.
