$16 off the PSU

At that price there are used GTX 1050ti around, but only a few. Look for them if you dont mind getting used stuff.

Personally I would go with an SSHD, Ive seen 1TB units for $50

Ive also seen some crazy deals lately on the Corsair CX series power supply's to get some of that budget back (seasonics are very good, but IMHO nothing wrong with the budget corsair stuff), Currently on newegg for $13 AR

Ive also seen the processor cheaper from some vendors on Ebay. I picked up a R3 1200 for $84 with an ebay coupon, and a ASrock B350 Pro4 for $57 AR

So if you are willing to wait a bit you can find better deals, and get either more system for your money, or save money overall.

And a used graphics like a GTX960 would be OK.

If you can step up your budget to about $520 dollars, you can make some pretty major improvements. A boot SSD will significantly increase operating speed, while the Barracuda is a more reliable data drive. If you wish to make your case look neat, I would suggest grabbing a semi-modular PSU for an extra 4 dollars. See the part list below.
