i have seen the case for £95ish but its ex display

so keeping the same sort of feature set is there any boards you would recomend.

sli is a planned upgrade

and im wanting yo OC and thought a liquid cooler would be best\ again, reccomendations?

That's a better price , but the cosmos SE is a bulky case , so be prepared to deal with it is all i'm saying.

Imo , the lower end x370 boards are still very good . The more expensive boards typically don't offer anything more . Not worth the extra price .

The r7 1700 isn't a particularly hot chip .

I have a cooler master nepton 240m ( not a particularly high performance aio , matched by high end air coolers ) , and my 1700 at 1.3V 3.85 ghz doesn't go above 50C under load , so something like an x62 is in no way required to achieve an OC ( some people can get 4ghz on the stock cooler if they're lucky , to give you an idea ). Ryzen tops out at 4ghz anyway .

Imo , if you're planning to do SLI anyway , you're better off getting a faster single card anyway , which is why i recommend a 1080ti , which can easily be fit in that budget ( £1550)

You're paying too much for that board and cooler . And possibly for that case , but that's on you because it's aesthetics.

What are you doing with this PC?

AMD Ryzen R7 1700 (3.8ghz) w/ NH-D14, EVGA RTX 2080 XC (stock), 4*4GB DDR4 3000MT/s RAM, Gigabyte AB350-Gaming-3 MB, CX750M PSU, 1.5TB SDD + 7TB HDD, Phanteks enthoo pro case
