I am looking for a good thermal paste that won't hurt my motherboard it it touches it. which one to buy i hear there's some non isolated one that will do some damages

MX-4 is non-capacitive and non-conductive and works well as a thermal paste. Arctic Silver 5 (AS5) is non-conductive and also works well. Both are relatively cheap and easy to acquire.

that one https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835100007 won't hurt my motherboard if it did spread by mistake and touched the board?

Should be fine... But you also shouldn't be worrying about something like that. Its very easy to not get that stuff somewhere it shouldn't be.

MX-4 would be the way to go if you're super paranoid about this sort of thing or are doing something of a risky nature... since it is both non-conductive and non-capacitive. AS5 is only non-conductive.

Also between the two, AS5 is fairly thick and pastey compared to MX-4 which is a little more watery and thin.
