My laptop monitor does this....

Hello, 

My laptop monitor started doing this a while ago:

fully reset my pc since it started so idk whats going on...

If anyone one of you can help me, it'd be seriously appreciated.

I still have some factory warranty left so ill wait with doing that for a bit.

Theres nothing you can do without opening because its a hardware issue not software.

Because i cant have no laptop for 2 weeks, i really need it

No problem, after looking at your Gyazo again. It might be your Laptops GPU. Either way, its a hardware issue.

I hope youre still here, because i just remembered, it stops when i plug out and in my hdmi cable. It sometimes stops but always continues after

That definitely sounds like a gpu or even cpu thing then.
