monitor goes black when change resolution

i bought new gpu rx 560 and install new windows 7 and when i install gpu driver screen goes black and it sais "Signal bicht im breich" and every time i restart pc this showes up i did go to f8 and start pc at low resolution but if i change resolution screen will go black

i tried on diffrent monitor and works fine

its cibox monitor and im on 640x480 resolution right now if i change it it will go black

That's a pretty old monitor. Maybe there's something wrong inside which doesn't allow it to go to a higher resolution. I'd just toss it tbh.
