Dirty Screen Effect on LG Ultrawide 34UC97

As much as i enjoyed the experience of using 34UC97, I noticed that my screen have different grey pattern beneath it no matter what content is displayed on it. I filed a request for a technician to have a look but it seemed that he's mostly fixing LG TV instead of computer monitor(he pointed a TV remote at it to try to access it's service mode). Is DSE coved in the warrant or I'll have to pay to replace the screen?

It might be the mat coating of the display but yea, a picture would help.

It's weird that it used to have the spots which won't go away before I took it to storage and today I get it back, all gone.
