Asus P5QPL-AM Boot problems

Hello,so i got a lga 775 asus p5qpl-am,with a q6600 and it was all working good. But when i oc the q6600 to 3.0 when i click the power button on my case,the pc turns on for a split of a second,turns off and then after 2 seconds turns back on and boots fine. But when im not oc'd i dont have this problem?
