hey my friend wants to no if his amd sempron le-1250 2.20 ghzs cpu can be overclocked or not and if it can how dose he oc it and what would be a good cpu cooler for his am2 amd cpu

Yes you can, any basic air cooler would be fine to use - 212 Evo ect.

Just google amd sempron le-1250 overclocking and you should get some answers from youtube tutorials on the specifics.

Overclocking in the BIOS would be your best option. If you're not comfortable doing that, then download a program such as AMD Overdrive to do it through that.
