my mum was having trouble with her BT Infinity fiber broadband she had 10up 2.5 down I rang up and complained and this is what happened the next day

I miss my Virgin Fiber internet.... was 250mb down and 15mb up. Now using crappy Sky Q Ultimate and only get 40mb up and 8mb down as that is the fastest they can get in my area (had to move houses)

yeah I would have virgin fiber but it isn't available in my price range ☹️

The sad part is I pay more for Sky's package than I did for Virgin and the only better part is the TV, but I barely use it lol. ffs

Isn't telecoms in the UK all operated by Openreach? I thought your max theoretical broadband speed was the same regardless who your internet provider is because it's the same infrastructure regardless. Surely it doesn't matter who your with...
