Looks good, a 7700k would be a little better if just gaming though.

Just a thought, 280mm radiator is great, perhaps consider going for a reference card and water cooling it with the AIO as well? Little bit of extra work, might pay off. And maybe look at the 1500X/1600X for higher out of the box clock speeds if you don't need 8 whole cores. Extra cash could also go to a 1080ti for a total $60 more in your budget. SSD / HDD weighting I might go more SSD side, coming from a partitioned 180GB SSD in my old system annoyed me moving on and off whenever I had more than 3-4 biggers games.

White case and Silver MB, ect, going to look really good. The NZXT RGB is all 5V isn't it?

Can you make a build with what you said on partpicker?

Also, how can I cool the GPU with the AIO and will this avoid my warranty or something like that?

So here's another version I guess

Regarding AIOs and GPUs, it wouldn't because basically you'd be going like this

AIO - GPU - CPU - AIO. The GPU to CPU link would be a piece of soft or hard tubing with some fittings and the AIO would remain in tact. However, have a look at some of the guys who have done this (bitwit, jayz2cents), they have noted that a 240mm rad should be enough for most systems, but also that you'll need to add more fluid to the loop.
