need help here why is my voltage for i7 so high????

nope, i used auto i am confused with the settings on gigabyte motherboard

auto = adaptive ... is this on stock clocks or OC?

Well, there is your issue.

You need to dial in voltage manually if you want the clocks high otherwise the motherboard will over-compensate for stability.

Or use offset... but I wouldn't really bother with that. Just use manual.
