Hi,I am new here

-Well,is for gaming after all but I have recently been doing some graphic design (photoshop,Illustrator)

I have not really thought about overclocking yet

Is my first build so forgive my ignorance in certain things

-CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i v2: $103

-Motherboard: ASUS Z170-PRO: $150

-RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (2x4GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz : $89

-GPU: MSI - GeForce GTX 1050 GAMING X 2G : $144

-Hard Drive (OS): Samsung 850 EVO 250GB: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB:  $89 

-Hard Drive (Games,others) WD Blue 1tb 7200 rpm:  $50

-OS: Windows 10 Home:  $115

-Case: Phanteks Enthoo Evolv (TG):  $179

I still do not know what PSU to buy, would you guys  help me with that?

It would help me a lot if they told me about not so expensive parts and also with incompatibilities

I already have a monitor, a keyboard and a mouse

All from Amazon.

I personnally don't think its worth to buy i5 nowadays...

 

I mean.. you have Ryzen 5 that is 6 core 12 thread with close enough single core performance so.... 

 

in other words, a ryzen 5 will deliver almost as good FPS as the 7600K, and you get 6 core 12 threads for all your other applications etc....

 

I would buy a ryzen 5 before an i5 oh yeah !!!

Luka's build will deliver way better gaming performance.. trust us ! loll gtx 1060 with ryzen 5 > 7600k with gtx 1050

If you wanna go top of your price range, you can afford a Ryzen 7 1700 and a GTX 1070. That's 8 cores and 16 threads compared to the i5 you listed with 4 cores and 4 threads. Good luck with the build!

Not only will it deliver competitive frame rates, it also has a higher minimum fps, and less fps fluctuation. Less fluctuation = smoother gameplay.

There are better SSDs for less money, and you can save $2 on the hard drive if you go Seagate

He doesn't even need a cooler unless he's doing OCs of over 3.4GHz. The Wraith spire is a very capable stock cooler.

Damn, many answers and all are very good, in the case I have no problem with spending a little more than $100 so I chose the enthoo evolv

This computer I have thought for gaming, I want to play in high-settings I do not need to play in 4k, so the choice I have with the CPU I am little confused

With the GPU: So far all told me of good graphics cards with very good prices

The evo is a fine cooler for Ryzen, and don't try to say the stock cooler is fine because once you OC to the R5s limit the stock cooler becomes not enough. Also, want a cookie for jumping on the evo hate band wagon?

Depends on the chip. If you have a meh or crappy chip, the stock is enough, otherwise you need a good cooler.

ok didnt hear that issue about the case yet but thank you, I learn from you as well. & agree about the Gpu. actually I suggest always to skip SSD & stick with 8ram if needed to go for higher Gpu. after all Ram & SSD can be bought within a month or so with lil saving easily

I would say ditch the hard drive

Looks like I'm gonna be the only one supporting his choice of Core i5 instead of Ryzen. Though you might want to save some $ with a Core i5 7500
