GPU Output Problems

Hey. So I have a Gainward GTX 1080 Founders' Edition. Ever since I bought it,

my PC has been restarting on it's own after a couple of minutes being on. When 

I switch it back on, the monitor doesn't receive an output. After switching Display ports,

it works, and then I have to switch Display ports again if it crashes or just doesn't show

any output.

 

I've tested the CPU's onboard graphics, and it works flawlessly, no crashes and no output issues.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
