Most of the parts are already owned from a friends old system

Only buying PSU & GPU

MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GT OC 4GB

Be Quiet! System Power 8 400W Power Supply

I have some Amazon credit, so I was thinking of buying from there (Amazon Link) for 147 USD (A$185) to shave off A$50, but it is 3 week delivery from US (really)

So in total, it would cost 240 USD (A$300) without using Amazon

He wants the GTX 1060 6GB, but I have urged against it for an extra A$200, as the CPU would be a bottleneck?
