Locking TV

Hello forum. 

Here is the story... We bought a new 4k android TV and my younger brother is watching it 24/7. Only solution is to lock it somehow. But i cant find good locker. It would be nice i sony in options is having some kind of password, but i cant find it... Basiclly, when i turn my tv on, before i'm able to watch channels i want to unlock it with password... Can you help me pls?

when i want to keep my kids off the tv, i block internet to it from the router. when they stop being a pain in my ass i turn it back on.
