Finalized Build

This is almost 100% what I want now build wise, using a mix list part list from various tech guys on this site. What does everyone think now? Trying to condense results down a bit to get the perfect build for what i wanna pay.

Last thing I'm still not sure of would be the cpu cooler. I'm going to attempt to at least OC the 1700 to out of the box 1700x standards, but that's probably the furthest I'll go to play it safe. Well with that parrticular build what would be safe to OC and the voltage required to do so to keep it safe? I'm a noob for OC and dont wanna overdo it.Just wanting to get to the 1700x out of box at least. So need advice on OC based on this build and a decent cpu cooler that doesnt cost an arm and a leg and that will still have decent headroom and be compat with the case and mobo, and then I'll officially buy all the parts.

I am going to be honest, that case is beautiful but a pain to build in. There's no room above the mobo for cable management or radiators and we also had a hard time finding a place to put the 3.5" hard drive. We had to use two sided tape and some foam and taped it to the floor of the case. Maybe we missed something but that was by far the worst building experience I've had (out of like 5 computers, but still). It is still beautiful to look at though
