Asus VC239H Overclock?

Is it safe to overclock my Asus VC239H 60hz 1080p monitor?

 

Currently its on 74hz any tool or application I could use to test it out for flickering issues etc.

wait, sorry to ask, but there are abilities to overclock monitors??? or is this only on very specific monitors a possibility?

you can OC most monitors

yes, and it makes a huge difference.

im sad all mine gets is 64hz, but at that it doesn't even pass the frame skipping test

there are some test that are showing orange color i dunno what it is tho.
