Help with $2000(USD) white theme PC

I would like to build a new PC that's white themed. 

I will be gaming and doing some editing/streaming.

1-Include white sleeved cables

2-Include a Razer Deathadder Elite with a $20 discount

Another option for the PSU would be a cheaper, fully modular 550-650W, and custom cables from @CableMod or similar. The white RM750x has individually sleeved white cables, and I'm too lazy to add them by themselves.

It has individually sleeved white cables. I could choose a cheaper PSU, and then add sleeved cables, but this is the simplest solution.
