So tomorrow Im gonna be picking up an S340 for 30 dollars with 2 extra fans. I assume everyone here will say to do it but any tips from anybody who has worked in the case? I can also post a pic here of the build when I'm done.

be very careful with the side window they scratch/mark SUPER easy!

I loved mine, Also i took the side window to get Tinted at a car place (cost like $4) it protected it from scratches and gave it a way more stealth look when powered off. otherwise couple Sleeved cable extenders and you are good to go.

yeah I was careful with mine and it even got a scratch, i really mean it scratches SUPER easy, like don't even look at it easily :P

The tinting thing I was super happy with. Got it done at a Audi dealership when I took my S5 for a service.

Reading online they send replacement windows if they get scratched. Do you think I could get one without proof of purchase?

That I would have no idea on friend. depends on country and person you deal with.

Is it a good case for 30 dollars tho? Should I replace my spec 01 with it?

let me put it this way, I regret selling my one to buy the 400C, If i wasn't busy with a Scratch build I'd very very happily sell the 400C and get the S340/Elite its a really awesome case.

I like my S340 but have really been thinking about replacing it with a Meshify C. Never seen a case I wanted so badly the second I laid eyes on it... anyways...

The S340 is good and is easy to work in, the included fans are super quiet and move a lot of air but are only 3-pin (as expected). The case is roomy to work in while pretty compact. Airflow is good enough for most people and you can easily install a radiator with fans at the front. Would recommend getting some not right-angle SATA connectors so you can use the SSD display thing. Also keep in mind that if you plan to SLI/CF in this case you shouldn't use those SSD displays as the cells in the SSDs will die very quickly due to GPU heat right on top of them. I wouldn't recommend SLI in this case really.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

Yea I personally like the Meshify C but honestly its less than half the price, hard to justify that. And he only including 1 stock fan and two from best buy (lol, but I think they are 4 pin) so theres that. Also how well do you think a custom loop would work in the s340? Would a 280mm and 140mm rad be enough for cpu+gpu? (for the future, not now)

A 280MM should be enough for any "average" CPU and GPU, I.E. a 1080 and 7700K but I don't know what you're looking for. It's not the best case for custom loops but it can work.
